HiQ’S CEO ADJUSTS HIS SHAREHOLDING IN THE COMPANY

Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ, has decided to adjust his shareholding in HiQ. After the disposal of shares his holding amounts to 433 651 shares, corresponding to 0,8 per cent of the company.

”HiQ is a successful company and I am proud to represent a firm with market-leading clients and skilled employees. I have now decided to partially diversify my investments”, says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

Lars Stugemo has during the week sold 150 000 shares. This means that he remains one of HiQ’s 20 major owners, with an approximate ownership of 0,8 per cent of the company.
