HKSCAN RAISES EUR 550 MILLION SYNDICATED CREDIT FACILITY

HKScan has signed a EUR 550 million multi-currency credit facility with an
international syndicate of banks.

The credit facility comprises a EUR 275 million seven-year amortising term loan
and a EUR 275 million five-year credit limit.

This arrangement will refinance most of HKScan's current loan portfolio and
support the company's future financing needs. It will expand the financier base
of the new HKScan Group and extend the average loan maturity of the Group's
loan stock.

The primary lending banks are Nordea, OKO Bank, Sampo and Swedbank, with DnB
NORD, ABN Amro, HSH Nordbank and SEB also parties to the syndicate.
