Hofseth BioCare ASA, Jon Olav Ødegård, bought 10.000 shares in Hofseth BioCare
ASA on 11 January 2013 at an average price of NOK 3.55 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Ødegård holds 10.000 shares in the company,
corresponding to 0.02% of the total shares outstanding.
