Hoist Kredit AB (publ) intends to establish a EUR 750 million EMTN programme

Hoist Kredit AB (publ) (Ba2/pos) (“Hoist”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hoist Finance AB (publ), today announces that its intention to establish an EMTN programme.

The EMTN programme is a supplement to Hoist’s current financing structure and is a next step in Hoist's efforts to access a wider and deeper investor base through an active and long-term commitment to the capital markets. A first issue under the EMTN programme, with an amount up to EUR 250 million, is expected in May 2016. The offering circular will be published on the company’s website within short.

Danske Bank has been appointed Arranger of the EMTN-programme and Credit Suisse, Danske Bank and Nordea Markets have been appointed dealer managers. Mannheimer Swartling is acting as legal adviser to Hoist in relation to the establishment of the EMTN programme.
