Pontus Sardal, has after six years with Hoist Finance, decided to leave as CFO and deputy CEO.

“Pontus Sardal has been with us almost since we, back in 2009, started to build the Hoist Finance of today and his contribution to our success has been significant. During these years we have become a listed company at the Nasdaq stock exchange and we have grown from 360 employees in 2009 to over 1,300 today. Although I regret Pontus is leaving I do understand and respect his decision. We will immediately start the process to recruit a new CFO”, says Jörgen Olsson, CEO Hoist Finance.

“I am thankful for being part of the tremendous growth journey we have made in Hoist Finance for the past years. In 2009 we had operations in six markets and today we are established in eleven countries. I feel proud for all the things we have accomplished, but now the company is entering into a new phase with a new CEO and it is time for me to hand over to someone else to contribute to the journey going forward”, says Pontus Sardal, CFO and deputy CEO Hoist Finance.

Pontus Sardal will remain in his role until mid-June or until a successor is in place.
