Hufvudstaden acquires property at Hötorget, in central Stockholm Hufvudstaden has acquired the Hästhuvudet 3 property, at Hötorget in central Stockholm. The street address is Kungsgatan 42. The price was SEK 82 M for a total rentable floor space of 2,200 sq m. The seller and sole tenant is Stadshypotek, which will be moving out during January 1999. The takeover date is January 4, 1999.
