Hunter Group ASA - Approval of annual accounts 2017
The Board of Directors of Hunter Group ASA has today approved the Annual Accounts for 2017. The report includes a minor change in tax cost compared with the Q4 Financial Report published on 13 February 2018.
The General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 9 May 2018 at Ro Sommernes Advokatfirma DA, Fridtjof Nansens plass 7 (7th floor), Oslo, Norway.
Notice of General Meeting, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.huntergroup.no. Notice of General Meeting will also be sent by post.
