Addendum to summons to bondholders' meeting

Reference is made to the summons to bondholders' 
meeting in Hurtigruten ASA's bonds issue HRG01 (ISIN 
NO 001 063813.3) dated 27 December 2012. After the 
summons was sent to the Bondholders, Hurtigruten ASA 
has, in cooperation with bondholders and advisors, 
agreed to make certain minor amendments to the 
proposal to the bondholders, as further set out in 
the attached addendum to the summons.

A copy of the summons to the bondholders' meeting is 
attached.
