At the end of February 2013, the Norwegian Competition Authority announced that it was considering suspending ICA Norway’s co-operation with Norgesgruppen relating to sourcing and logistics. The Authority has today decided to impose a suspension, to apply until 30 September 2013.

TheICAGroup’s net sales for the fourth quarter 2012 amounted to SEK 24,990 million (24,921) which is an increase of 0.3 percent compared to the fourth quarter 2011. Liv Forhaug appointed new SVP Strategy and Business Development of the ICA Group
