  • IFS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) to be deployed in the IFS Managed Cloud on Microsoft Azure
  • IFS Enterprise Operational Intelligence (EOI) to provide Allinq Group management with visual insight across the group’s value chain

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that the Allinq Group, an international specialist in connective technologies and network infrastructures for telecom and datacom networks, has chosen to deploy IFS ESM to support and enhance mission-critical processes such as field service management and mobile workforce management. The agreement also covers the deployment of IFS Enterprise Operational Intelligence (EOI).

The Allinq Group provides life cycle management services for infrastructures in the telecom market and other sectors. Based and founded in the Netherlands, the Allinq Group has expanded its services internationally.

The company recently launched a project that requires more efficient business processes. To support this initiative, Allinq needed to invest in an enterprise applications suite that could empower both its field service technicians and its back-office staff.

Following a rigorous evaluation project, Allinq selected IFS based on the solution’s functional breadth covering the entire value chain from logging customer calls, dispatching field service technicians, and scheduling its mobile workforce. The IFS solution will also cover mission-critical business processes such as finance, purchasing, HR, project management, warehouse management, maintenance.

In addition, Allinq will deploy IFS EOI to enable enhanced insight into the performance of its entire value chain, driving improved decision-making while saving time and cost.

“We selected IFS because it proved to be the best integrated and most comprehensive solution on the market,” said René Coppoolse, CIO at Allinq. “IFS has a global presence and we were impressed by their understanding of our requirements. Our ambition is to further professionalize our services capabilities, which requires a state-of-the-art enterprise service management solution. With IFS, we are able to offer our customers efficient and quick services at a lower cost.”

Marco Verdonschot, Managing Director of IFS Benelux added, “We are very pleased to announce another great customer win in the telecommunications sector. Allinq’s complex value chain and expansion plans require robust and comprehensive system support. The combination of ESM, EOI, and back-office process support that we offer out-of-the-box is truly unique in the market and we are convinced that it will empower Allinq to reach its efficiency targets.”
