French telecom group ITANCIA to roll out IFS Applications 10 across 10 countries worldwide
Comprehensive ERP solution from IFS will empower ITANCIA staff at 13 sites in Europe and Africa
IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that ITANCIA, a value-added distributor of b-2-b telephony solutions and network infrastructure, has chosen IFS Applications™ 10 to help maintain and accelerate the company’s rapid growth in Europe and Africa.
Founded in France in 1991, ITANCIA initially sold refurbished b-2-b telephony equipment before diversifying to include distribution of telecommunications and network infrastructure equipment, electronic repairs, value-added services, and bespoke logistics. With 10 subsidiaries and 3,400 dealers, ITANCIA covers 80 countries and enjoys an annual growth of approximately 20%.
To support its rapid expansion, ITANCIA needed to replace its legacy business system with an agile and fully integrated solution.
“After having made a complete analysis of our business processes with the support of a consulting firm, we consulted several software vendors that could meet our needs and selected two finalists, including IFS,” said Nicolas Cailleau, ITANCIA IT Director.

IFS Applications will cover mission-critical processes including supply chain management, production, service management, CRM, HR, and financials.
