The manufacturer of original parts for the automotive industry will implement IFS ERP solution to streamline business-critical processes

IFS, the global business applications company, has signed an agreement with Radiadores Ordóñez to implement IFS Applications for the management of all its processes, primarily its manufacturing and engineering operations, in order to boost its efficiency and to streamline the decision-making process.

Radiadores Ordóñez is a supplier of original parts from leading manufacturers in the automotive industry. The company manufactures water, oil and fuel coolers and is recognized worldwide for its experience, reliability, proven quality and excellent service. The firm boasts clients such as BMW, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Iveco, among others.

This project began with the search for a portal for its aftermarket business to underline the company's competitive advantage. The company found that its current ERP system, XPPS, needed to be replaced to meet its requirements. The decision was made to address both projects at the same time and assess the solutions available in the market.

"After a thorough selection process, we selected IFS Applications, as we believe the solution provides the best combination of flexibility and functionality. IFS Applications offers us the most value out of all the evaluated solutions, and it is built on standard technology which was important for us ", says Juan Ordóñez, CEO of Radiadores Ordóñez. "Our goal is to make technological advances that integrate all our areas and processes, prevent the dispersion of information, increase efficiency, and provide a reliable tool for decision-making processes, and IFS Applications helps us to achieve this ".

NEORIS, partner of IFS and member of the IFS partner network, will be the prime contractor, managing the implementation and support of IFS Applications at the Radiadores Ordóñez plant in Castellón de la Plana (Comunidad Valenciana, Spain). Pedro Valle, Industry Manager for NEORIS EMEAA, points out that "this project underpins our commitment to the manufacturing industry and bolsters our partnership with IFS. We're convinced that with this initiative, Radiadores Ordoñez - alongside NEORIS and IFS - will successfully meet its objectives on the road to digital transformation".

Gustavo Brito, CEO of IFS Spain and Portugal adds that "we are proud to work with Radiadores Ordoñez and support the firm with a unique market solution and our vast experience in the automotive industry. We're confident that the implementation of IFS Applications by NEORIS will be a great success and will help Radiadores Ordoñez secure the flexibility, efficiency and quality it needs".
