The New Shares of IGE Resources AB has been listed and are thereby
tradable on Oslo Stock Exchange as per today.
The New Shares was listed under the same ISIN as the Company's other
shares (SE0000378119). Following the listing of 129,820,875 new Shares
the Company has a total of 181,749,225 listed shares, each with a
nominal value of SEK 0.25.
