Imagine America Foundation Supports Private Sector Institutions With Effective Compliance Training

Building a culture of compliance moves beyond the mindset of simply following the rules and standards. Compliance requires a commitment to doing the right things, for the right reasons, when interacting with our students and with the community at large. The Imagine America Foundation’s Center for Excellence in Education (IAF CEE) is proud to announce a series of unique training courses that reframe compliance and empower employees to achieve transparency.

Powered and subsidized by MaxKnowledge, the IAF CEE provides comprehensive training solutions for faculty, management and staff of private sector colleges and universities. The CEE was formed in 2007 as a national initiative to help maximize the performance of the career college sector of higher education. The compliance training courses are available to institutions that participate in the CEE employee development programs and the courses can be customized to meet the individual needs of each institution.

"The IAF CEE’s compliance training offerings achieve transparency in a practical, everyday manner through exposure to real world scenarios”, said Tim Foster, Chairman and CEO of Concorde Career Colleges, Ogle Schools, and YTI Career Institute. "The training spells out the regulations pertaining to communications with students and it details the consequences of violation. But the real objective of the training is transparency for the sake of trust. We have administered customized versions of this training for each of our school systems," added Tim Foster.

“We are very pleased to be able to provide effective compliance training for all employees of our CEE partner institutions,” said Bob Marin, President and CEO of the Imagine America Foundation. “In addition, with the support and sponsorship of MaxKnowledge, we are offering a dynamic video presentation available at no charge to the entire career education community to help promote a compliant culture in our fine institutions,” added Bob Martin.
