Appeal of Plass Investments Limited regarding the decisions of the State
Enterprise Centre of Registers was rejected by the Supreme Administrative Court

Alytus, Lithuania, 2013-01-22 14:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 21 January 2013
company group ALITA, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) received the ruling of the
Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, according to which the appeal of
Plass Investments Limited regarding the decision of the Vilnius Regional
Administrative Court, dated 18 June 2012, was rejected. The ruling of the
Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania is final and not subject to appeal. 

In the administrative case Plass Investments Limited requested to annul the
resolutions of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers of 5 and 6 October
2011, according to which the Articles of Association of the Company with the
reduced and increased authorised capital were registered respectively.
Consequently, following adoption of the said ruling of the Supreme
Administrative Court of Lithuania, it was finally stated that the resolutions
of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers of 5 and 6 October 2011 to register
the Articles of Association of the Company with the reduced and increased
authorised capital, respectively, were lawful.
