Regarding election of the new members of the Board and the head of the company

Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-07-24 08:19 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 23 July 2012
the Supervisory Council of the Company Group “ALITA”, AB (the “Company”)
decided to revoke the Board of the Company in corpore and elect Vaidas Mickus,
Algirdas Ragelis and Andreas de Neergaard (the chairman) as the new members of
the Board. 

On 23 July 2012 the Board of the Company decided to elect Vaidas Mickus as the
new general director of the Company instead of the former general director
Paulius Kibiša.
