Increase of share capital after conversion of notes

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 17 September 2018. The share capital increase pertaining to the conversion of notes relating to the commitment fee has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 895,656.40 divided by 8,956,564 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. Each share gives one vote at the Company's general meeting. After the conversion of the 10 notes relating to the commitment fee, European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund currently holds 57 convertible notes amounting NOK 5.7 million in Induct.
