Induct - Result of Repair Issue

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Induct AS ("Induct" or the "Company") on 21 December 2018 regarding completion of an extraordinary general meeting, which inter alia resolved a repair issue with gross proceeds of up to NOK 3.28 million through issuance of new shares at a subscription price of NOK 5 per share (the "Repair Issue"). The investors in the Repair Issue will also receive 1 warrant per share subscribed for and allocated in the Repair Issue.

The application period in the Repair Issue ended on 11 January 2019 at 16.30 CET. At the end of the application period, the Company had received applications of approximately NOK 1.66 million in the Repair Issue.

The Company's board of directors (the "Board") has now allocated shares and warrants in the Repair Issue, which implies that the Company will issue 333,062 new shares and 333,062 new warrants related to the Repair Issue.
