Induct AS - Cancellation of Repair Issue

Reference is made to Induct AS' (the "Company") stock exchange announcement dated 3 February 2017 regarding completion of a NOK 15 million private placement (the "Private Placement") and an intended subsequent offer to eligible shareholders (the "Repair Issue").

In the period from 3 February 2017 until 26 April 2017, approximately 121,200 shares in the Company has been traded at prices ranging from NOK 18 to NOK 15.40. Since 3 March 2017, the shares in the Company has not been traded at prices higher than or equal to the subscription price in the Repair Issue (NOK 17 per share). The last closing price on 26. April 2016 was NOK 16 per Share.

Based on the share price development in the period, as set out above, and the costs associated with carrying out a Repair Issue, the board of directors of the Company has decided to cancel the Repair Issue.
