Induct has been awarded a contract to take the lead in a project to pilot and implement a new practice for measuring and reporting of innovation activity in all Norwegian health authorities. The contract value is NOK 475.000.

All the health authorities that are already using the Induct platform, will automatically adopt the new mandatory indicator reporting practice through the Induct platform.

“Induct's Healthcare Network currently covers 75% of Norwegian Health authorities. The network enables healthcare professionals to find and adopt solutions that other hospitals have successfully implemented to solve similar challenges. With the implementation of the new mandatory reporting of Innovation Indicators, Induct will provide a new and ‘business critical’ functionality to our clients in the Health sector.”, says Alf Martin Johansen, CEO of Induct AS.

This contract is a continuation of the announcement on 22 May 2017, where Induct was awarded to lead the national project to design a new method for measuring and reporting of innovation activity across the Norwegian health sector. The objective was to identify incentives for hospitals to invest in their innovation capacity, create transparency and increase sharing of innovation initiatives across the sector. This will enable linking activity levels to central funding in the future and create even stronger incentives to work and share innovation.

This is a contract in the vertical Health, which is one of the five verticals Induct focuses on (Health, Municipalities/cities, Enterprises, Education and Humanitarian sector).
