Indutrade acquires Dutch company Zijtveld Grijpers

Indutrade has on 21 February 2018 signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Dutch company Zijtveld Grijpers B.V. (http://zijtveld-grijpers.nl/).

Zijtveld Grijpers was founded in 1995 and designs, manufactures and markets a full range of hydraulic grabs for construction machineries. The grabs are used within a number of application areas such as demolition, construction, road building, recycling industry, and material handling. The customers, mostly European, are both distributors and OEM customers (customers who integrate Zijtveld Grijper's products in their own products). Zijtveld Grijpers has around 40 employees and sales of approximately EUR 13 million.

The closing takes place today, and Zijtveld Grijpers will be included in Indutrade’s Business Area Benelux.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
