Indutrade acquires Türenfabrik Safenwil AG in Switzerland
Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Türenfabrik Safenwil AG (www.tuerenfabrik.ch), with annual sales of approximately CHF 8 million.
The company manufactures various kinds of doors, such as interior and exterior doors, fire protection doors and security doors. Customers are primarily construction contractors in the Swiss market.
Possession takes place today and the company will be part of Indutrade Switzerland which in turn is part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area.
The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
