Indutrade acquires Wennerström Ljuskontroll AB
Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Wennerström Ljuskontroll AB, Sweden, (www.wlk.eu), with annual sales of approximately SEK 110 million.
WLK is a technology sales company specialising in lighting components and light control. The offering includes lighting controls, LED lightsources & drivers, and components for lighting luminaires. Customers consist of lighting luminaire manufacturers, electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors, and property owners.
Possession takes place today and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Industrial Components business area.
The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
