Innofactor's financial result 2012 to be published on 26 February 2013

Innofactor Plc will publish its 2012 full year result on Tuesday February 26,
2013, at approximately 8:30 AM EET. 

A conference for Finnish media, investors and analysts will be held on the same
day beginning at 9:00 AM EET at the company premises Keilaranta 19, Espoo.
Results will be presented by CEO Sami Ensio and CFO Mikko Karvinen. Please note
that the conference will be held in Finnish. The presentation material will be
available on Innofactor website after the conference.
