Insr: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

The spouse of Insr's Board Member Øystein Engebretsen has today, August 15th, bought 1 000 000 shares in Insr Insurance Group ASA at a price of NOK 6.48 per share.

After the transaction, Mr. Engebretsen and close relatives hold a total of 2 968 500 shares.
