Intrum is today publishing a supplement (in Swedish) to the base prospectus for their Medium Term Note (MTN) programme for bonds on the Swedish market with a programme amount of SEK 5 billion. The supplement has been prepared since Intrum has updated the terms and conditions of the programme. The update gives the company a right to repurchase outstanding bonds issued under the programme, but does not affect notes previously issued under the programme.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved and registered the updated prospectus. The base prospectus and the supplement can be downloaded from Intrum’s website.
