Changes to Investor AB’s Management Group

Investor AB today announces that Johan Bygge will leave the position as Chief Financial Officer to assume the role of Operations Management after the Q1 report has been published. The new CFO, for which the recruitment process is being initiated, will be focused on accounting, risk management, funding, financial planning and reporting.

“I am very pleased with the work that Johan Bygge has done in his broad CFO role. Johan has been instrumental in building the competence and relevant structures within the support functions necessary for handling the build-up of our Operating Investments portfolio, including handling the consolidation of our two new large operating subsidiaries Mölnlycke Health Care and Aleris. I am pleased that Johan takes on the Operations Management function”, says CEO Börje Ekholm.
