Inwido has today been reached by the sad notification that Chairman Arne Frank has passed away after a short-term illness. The nomination committee, with its Chairman Thomas Woulikainen, are now starting the process of finding a successor to Arne. Board member Anders Wassberg, President and CEO of Ballingslöv, continues as acting chairman, appointed by the Board of Directors, until a new permanent Chairman has been elected.

Arne Frank was elected Chairman of Inwido AB in March 2014. With great enthusiasm and conviction, he guided the company through its IPO in September of the same year, and has since been very committed to Inwido.

"Arne has made great contributions for Inwido and I will miss his support and certainty in our change ambitions. Today, our thoughts go to his family," says Håkan Jeppsson, President and CEO of Inwido.
