ISG Checks in with Luxury London Hotel Projects

ISG has been awarded fit out projects to refurbish guest bedrooms at two prestigious central London hotels - Sanderson and St Martin’s Lane, both managed by Morgans Hotel Group.

The schemes involve the operational refurbishment of all 150 guest rooms at the five star Sanderson and all 204 rooms at the five star St Martin’s Lane and communal corridors, with both projects delivered simultaneously.

By carefully phasing the projects on a floor-by-floor basis, ISG has designed the programme to minimise the impact of the work while both hotels remain open for business. The contractor will remove all existing fixtures and fittings, including loose carpets, blinds, artwork and furniture from guest rooms. Walls and ceilings will be modified to integrate new services and then decorated, repairs made to timber floors, contemporary door furniture installed and a package of electrical upgrades undertaken, including the provision of new multi-media hubs.
