TPP and ISG Celebrate Topping Out
The TPP office build in Horsforth, Leeds, has reached a key construction milestone. The official ‘topping out’ ceremony, hosted by principal contractor ISG, celebrated the installation of the highest piece of steel on the building.
TPP Founder & CEO, Frank Hester and wife Dr Rosemary Daly marked the occasion by leaving their handprints in cement. The prints are a marker that will be left in the structure of the building for decades to come.
The next stage of the build will see the start of the stonework phase. This will be built from local Yorkshire stone, sourced from a quarry just a few miles away – a testament to TPP’s commitment to contributing to the local economy.

Due for completion in late summer 2015, the purpose built office will hold around 600 staff and is located just 500 metres from TPP’s existing office in Horsforth, Leeds. The company is recruiting for more staff across all its teams. The completion of the new office promises to bring talented graduates into the region, providing them with rewarding long-term careers.
