IXONOS HAS CONCLUDED CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS

Ixonos Plc has completed the co-operation negotiations regarding its personnel
in Finland that begun on 25 July 2012. 

As part of focusing the strategy, Ixonos commenced co-operation negotiations
with its personnel in Connected Devices service area in Finland for reasons
related to production, financial position and reorganization of operations. The
goal of the negotiations was to adjust the company's cost structure to the
changed situation in order to secure the company's competitiveness. 

As an outcome of the negotiations, not more than 60 employees of Ixonos Plc and
its Finnish subsidiary will be made redundant or temporarily laid-off by the
end of 2012. 

The negotiations applied to all personnel in Connected Devices service area in
Finland. The actions were estimated to impact 120 people at the most as
announced in Stock exchange release on 25 July 2012.
