JM has signed an agreement with Corem to acquire land for 560 building rights. The deal is worth SEK 270m. Occupancy and payment are expected to be completed in Q3 2017.

The area is next to the Hardeberga bike path and two kilometers from central Lund. The acquisition will be reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in Q3 2017.
“It is very gratifying to have signed an agreement with Corem. Lund is a very attractive municipality, and we are pleased to be able to strengthen our position with this great project,” says Regional Manager Susanne Persson, JM South Region.
