JM acquiring property in Lund

JM has signed an agreement with Corem to acquire land for 560 building rights. The deal is worth SEK 270m. Occupancy and payment are expected to be completed in Q3 2017.

The acquired property, which is part of Vipemöllan 38, is located in the eastern part of Lund. The property’s detailed plan has gained final approval for 560 apartments in a park environment. The area is next to the Hardeberga bike path and two kilometers from central Lund. The acquisition will be reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in Q3 2017.
