JM selling property in Larvik, Norway

JM has signed an agreement to sell the Terneveien property in Stavern, Larvik. The deal is worth SEK 14m.

The property is located in Stavern, south of Larvik. Occupancy and payment are expected to take place in Q4 2018. The sale’s outcome is SEK 11m, and it will be reported as gains on the sale of property in Q1 2018 under the JM International business segment.
