Paul Frankenius is resigning from the Board of directors at KappAhl AB (publ).

Paul Frankenius is resigning from the Board of directors at KappAhl AB (publ) because of new commitments similar to those at KappAhl. Paul Frankenius has been a member of the Board at KappAhl since 2006 and was previously Vice President of the Company from 2002.
     – We want to thank Paul Frankenius for his meritorious services in the company and wish him all the luck in the future, says Anders Bülow, Chairman of the Board.

After Paul Frankenius resignation, the Board of directors comprises four elected board members, two employee representatives and two deputies for the employees. The Nomination Committee will introduce proposals of candidates for the Board of directors in time for the Annual General Meeting on 3 December 2014 to return.
