Gustaf Öhrn is resigning from the Board of directors at KappAhl AB (publ) because of his new appointment as President of Åhlens. Gustaf Öhrn has been a member of the Board at KappAhl since the Annual General Meeting 2015.

After Gustaf Öhrn resignation, the Board of directors comprises five elected board members, two employee representatives and two deputies for the employees.
