Kawasaki’s Engine & Power Products Department officially moved its new European Engine & Power Products Head Office from The Netherlands to the UK in August 2008.

The decision to relocate the Department was to focus increased commitment across Europe for both the Engines & Power Products business.

Since the move in 2008, the Department has strengthened with key positions being filled by members of the team who have a wealth of experience and knowledge working within the different industries.

Kawasaki’s 2 and 4-stroke Engines have been providing the core strength to the industrial, turfcare, grounds-care and utility markets for over 50 years. They are at the forefront of Engine technology, offering solutions for any application and are synonymous with exceptional performance, high quality and reliability.

New technology has been developed for the TJ-E, 2-stroke horizontal shaft range in order to not only meet but exceed emission regulations for the EU, USA and Japan without the need for a catalytic converter.

After extensive research the newly introduced FJ-D air cooled, 4-stroke, Engines have been manufactured to meet customers’ demand for low vibration and value for money which will assist in encouraging inroads into the Lawn & Garden and Industrial markets.

The Power Products range (Brush Cutters, Hedge Trimmers, Blowers and Hedge Clippers) have established themselves as a popular choice within the professional grounds care industry, where performance during heavier duty applications and longer working regimes are often key considerations.

Kawasaki were also one of the first manufacturers to have the confidence to offer a two year warranty on its range of Power Products and the quality has been confirmed again by increasing the warranty for private users to 5 years whilst professional users will have 3 years cover.
