· Revenues for the year amounted to EUR 1 billion, which was in line
with the guidance. Revenues were EUR 232.6 million in the fourth
quarter, including a favourable currency effect of EUR 8.9 million, down
EUR 13.5 million (-5.5%) compared to the fourth quarter 2011.

· EBITDA in 2012 was EUR 77.0 million. Despite the drop in volumes,
EBITDA in the fourth quarter improved by EUR 4.8 million to EUR 19.0

New Commercial Vehicle Segment Business Wins in Brazil

Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has been awarded several new contracts with
leading commercial vehicle manufacturers in Brazil. The contracts for
cabin stabilizers, clutch actuation systems and gearshift systems have a
total value of EUR 23 million (NOK 169 million) over their 4-5 year
durations. Full scale supply will begin from 2013.

NEW CONTRACTS WORTH EUR 10 MILL FROM EUROPEAN TRUCK AND BUS MAKERS

Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has won new contracts with two of Europe's
largest manufacturers of Trucks and Busses to deliver composite coupling
technology and fuel and airline assemblies. The contracts have a
combined value of about EUR 10 million (NOK 74 million) over their
duration, and production commences already in 2013.

Kongsberg Automotive (KA) announces changes to its organizational
business structure in order to accelerate growth within the Commercial
Vehicle (CV) segment and create a more balanced and profitable business.

Specifically, KA's Actuation & Chassis (A&C) and Power Product Systems
(PPS) business areas will be merged into one business area to be called
Driver Control Systems.
