Kungsleden divests a property to the Swedish Fortifications Agency and exits Enköping

Kungsleden has signed an agreement to divest the Stenvreten 4: 1 property in Enköping. The property covers 46,700 sq.m of mixed use, mainly warehouse and industry. The remaining maturity of the lease contract is 1.5 years. Stenvreten 4: 1 is rented in full by the Swedish Fortifications Agency, which now buys it. The purchase price amounts to MSEK 200, which is in line with the property's book value. The deal is conditional on government approval and withdrawal is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2018. The property's annual net operating income is MSEK 22.
