Kungsleden AB (publ) divests the non-strategic office properties Poppeln 7 in Vänersborg and Länsstyrelsen 1 in Mariestad, as well as the land properties Pilen 2-7 in Vänersborg. Fastighets AB Stenvalvet acquires the properties for SEK 59 million.

The property Poppeln 7 includes 7,700 sqm office space in central Vänersborg while Pilen 2-7 are land properties, which are currently leased as parking space. The property Länsstyrelsen 1 includes 5,100 sqm office space in Mariestad.

The properties are divested to Fastighets AB Stenvalvet for SEK 59 million, which is above the book value and closing will take place on June 13.
