Kungsleden leases 1,000 sqm to Umia Stockholm AB in the property Nattskiftet 15 in Västberga industrial area. The five-year lease agreement covers both office and warehouse space.

Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a five-year lease agreement with Umia Stockholm AB in the property Nattskiftet 15, located in the heart of Kungsleden’s Västberga cluster with direct access to the E4 and 75 motorways. Umia Stockholm AB will lease 1,000 sqm with neighbors such as Bring, DocuSolutions and Uni-Vent.

Umia is one of Sweden’s fastest growing installation and service companies. The premises in Västberga will be the company’s first in Stockholm. The property’s strategic location, along with the possibility to combine warehouse, office and staff areas, has been an important aspect.
