Kungsleden leases 2,600 sqm to Incoord in Danderyd

Kungsleden AB (publ) has signed a lease with Sweden’s leading installation consultant Incoord Installationscoordinator for 2,568 sqm office space in Trekanten 5 in the cluster Danderyd Kontor.

Danderyd Kontor is located just north of central Stockholm, right next to the E18 highway and close to the mall Mörby Centrum. The mall is currently being rebuilt to become twice as large and will change its name to Danderyd Centrum. By subway, Roslagsbanan, bus or car one reaches Stockholm city center in 10-15 minutes.

”We were looking for a premises close to Mörby Centrum but did not want to be affected by the renovations that are going on there. Kungsleden was able to offer us exactly what we needed – a flexible property with good location and service in the house,” said Tore Strandgård, CEO of Incoord, that works to create indoor environment where people can live and work with the best possible quality of life. The property's high environmental profile was also an important factor for Incoord since it is a company with a strong environmental mission.

The duration of the lease agreement is four years and Incoord will move into its new premises on April 1, 2017
