Kungsleden leases office to Lidl in Emporia Office
Kungsleden has signed a lease agreement with Lidl Sverige’s real estate office for 400 sqm office space in the recently accessed property Marknadsplatsen 8 (Emporia Office) in Hyllie in Malmö.
Hyllie is Malmö’s most expansive neighborhood, strategically located, only a few minutes drive from Malmö Central Station and with good connections to Kastrup Airport and Copenhagen city center. Kungsleden expanded its cluster in Hyllie on March 31, 2017, when the property Marknadsplatsen 8 (Emporia Office), consisting of 10,250 sqm office space in the same building as the shopping mall Emporia, was accessed.

The leasing agreement is for three years and Lidl will get access to its new office space on June 1, 2017. Other tenants in the property include Capgemini, Lantmäteriet, Peugeot and Atos Medical.
