Kungsleden leaves Karlskrona

Kungsleden divests two non-strategic properties in Karlskrona and thereby leaves the municipality. The sales price amounts to SEK 75 m and the buyer is Brinova.

Kungsleden AB (publ) continues to focus its property portfolio to chosen growth markets by divesting two properties in Karlskrona. The properties Lindblad 10 & 24 have a total leasable aarea of 8,700 sqm and are located on Trossö in the central parts of Karlskrona. The buyer is Brinova and the sales price amounts to SEK 75 m, which is at par with the book value.
