Kungsleden makes acquisitions in Lund The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) is acquiring the remaning 50 % of ÅR House KB, the owner of the property Lyckebacken 1 in Lund. After the purchase Kungsleden is the sole owner of the company. The property is an industry- and warehouse building of 70,000m2. The purchase price is SEK 85 million and the initial property yield after property administration is 11%.
