Kungsleden publishes prospectus relating to the rights issue

The prospectus relating to Kungsleden AB’s rights issue has now been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available on the company’s website www.kungsleden.se as well as on SEB’s website www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses.

The prospectus will be distributed by regular mail to Kungsleden’s directly registered shareholders.
