Lassila & Tikanoja plc has sold its holding in L&T Recoil Oy

Helsinki, Finland, 2012-06-25 13:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 
LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE     25 June 2012 2.00 pm

Lassila & Tikanoja plc has sold its 50 percent holding in joint venture L&T
Recoil Oy to the co-owner, EcoStream Oy. The transaction was completed in
accordance with a stock exchange release released on 8 May 2012. 

The selling price totalled EUR 10 million paid in cash and slightly under 20%
of EcoStream’s share capital. The transaction does not affect company’s outlook
for the rest of the year. 

L&T still continues as one of the raw material suppliers of the plant in Hamina.
