Bootcamp Pilates is launching a new class called HIIP (High Intensity Interval Pilates) that is guaranteed to make you sweat and improve your fitness in no time at all. 

Bootcamp Pilates is launching a new class called HIIP (High Intensity Interval Pilates) that is guaranteed to make you sweat and improve your fitness in no time at all.

The new HIIP class will consist of exercises both on and off the Reformer Pilates machine and will boost your fitness, strength and stamina while also burning fat. Classes will last for 55 minutes and will cater for all levels of fitness. The Bootcamp Pilates’ fully qualified, knowledgeable instructors will provide individuals with a challenging workout to a fast-paced soundtrack while ensuring exercises are performed properly and motivation is high.

Elliot Lake, General Manager at Bootcamp Pilates says: “Our current Reformer Pilates classes have so many healthy body benefits, however they are not a big calorie burner. So with this in mind we wanted to blend High Intensity Interval Training with Reformer Pilates.”

Using the Reformer Pilates machines and performing full-body conditioning exercises off the machine will provide clients with a tough, upbeat, energising workout.

“The new HIIP class is guaranteed to make you SWEAT! Your heart will be pounding, fat will be burning and you will also have the body sculpting Pilates exercises mixed in to the workout as well,” says Elliot Lake.

Bootcamp Pilates was set up in 2005 by Dominique Day. 

The Reformer machine is a well-designed and safe system of springs, straps and pulleys which all work together to provide an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout. It’s kind to your skeleton and joints, and helps lengthen and strengthen your muscles without putting on bulk. It establishes torso stability and postural alignment.
