Lemminkäinen wins national maintenance contract for Itella properties

LEMMINKÄINEN WINS NATIONAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR ITELLA PROPERTIES

Lemminkäinen has agreed a contract with Itella Real Estate Oy, for the
maintenance and repair of the ventilation and cooling systems of Itella's main
post centres and terminals. The contract covers 33 properties around Finland. 

The maintenance work will take special account of the systems' energy
efficiency and the predictability of repair work. 

"With this agreement, we will broaden our well-functioning partnership with
Itella. Our strengths include our national service network and special
expertise in the cooling sector", states Director Ilkka Nurmela of
Lemminkäinen. 

Lemminkäinen aims to increase maintenance and upkeep services' share of net
sales within its Technical Building Services business sector, to approximately
50 per cent from the current 30 per cent, by the end of 2013.
