Regarding the change of an indirectly controlling entity

Elektrenai, Lithuania, 2012-09-28 08:08 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27
September 2012, pursuant to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of
Lithuania as of 4 July 2012, a total of 4,067,163,632 state-owned ordinary
registered uncertificated shares of UAB Visagino atomine elektrine, each with a
nominal value of LTL 1, which award 100% of votes in the general meeting of
shareholders of UAB Visagino atomine elektrine, and which had been previously
in trust of the Ministry of Energy, were transferred to the Ministry of
Economy. 

UAB Visagino atomine elektrine has been currently controlling 96.13% of the
shares of Lietuvos energija, AB.
