Lifco acquires Danish operation that makes interiors for vehicles

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Sanistål’s Danish operation that produces interiors for vehicles. The acquisition makes Lifco the leading player in Denmark of interiors for vehicles.

In 2014, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 25 million DKK. It will be consolidated in the business area Systems Solutions. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings per share in current financial year.

Lifco offers interiors for vehicles under the company name Modul-System. In the UK, the company also operates under the name of Tevo. Modul-System is one of the leading companies in the European markets where the company operates.
